Fleming's Christmas Tree Farms

The Christmas SPIRIT Foundation and FedEx, in cooperation with the National Christmas Tree Association, have joined forces to create a nationwide program to deliver holiday spirit for troops and military families. Tree growers will donate, collect, prepare and load thousands of trees onto FedEx freight trucks which in turn will deliver the holiday trees to military families in the U.S. and overseas.

We are proud to say we not only donated trees but also serve as the distribution center for western Penn-sylvania. We are grateful for the opportunity to support this effort, particularly after visiting with several local soldiers who came to get Christmas trees, while home on leave.

“One soldier told me that Christmas-time is the hardest time to be away from their families,” said J.D. Fleming. “Having a Christmas tree offers them a little taste of home and gives them a little warmth for the holiday season.”
